Return & Refunds Policy

Our goal is to make returns easy and fast. Please review the guidelines below before sending an item back.

Return Window

  • We offer a 30-day return period, beginning on the date your package is delivered (as confirmed by the carrier’s tracking).

  • If your request is opened near the end of the window, your return shipment must be scanned by the carrier within 30 days of delivery.

  • Returns that arrive after 30 days are still eligible if the tracking shows the package was shipped before the deadline.

Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted only from the original buyer of the item.

  • Items must be returned in the same condition as purchased.

    • New/Sealed items must be returned unopened to avoid a fee.

    • If a brand-new item is returned opened or used, a restocking fee up to 50% may apply depending on the item's condition.

Return Shipping & Labels

  • Buyer pays return shipping, unless the item was purchased directly through our eBay store, in which case a prepaid label is automatically provided.

  • If you are returning an item due to a defect or product issue, contact us first to request return-shipping reimbursement; approvals are case-by-case.

Cellular Devices

  • Please deactivate cellular service before returning.

  • If a device is returned with service still active, we may require deactivation before issuing a refund.

Refund Method

  • All refunds are issued to the original method of payment.

Condition & Damage Assessments

  • If a product is returned defective or physically damaged with no evidence of carrier damage in transit, the buyer may be responsible for repair costs.

  • Loss of value will be determined by an Authorized Repair Center for the manufacturer, and a **partial refund—up to 50% of the purchase price—**may be issued to cover repair costs.

  • If your item arrived damaged, please contact us immediately before shipping it back so we can assist and document the claim.

Packaging & In-Transit Risk

  • Pack returns securely. We cannot be responsible for loss or damage in transit.

  • For items valued over $100, we recommend purchasing carrier insurance to protect your shipment.

Software & Digital Goods

  • Software/Downloadable content may be returned within this policy’s timeframe only if unopened and unused.

  • If software is used, activated, or otherwise inoperable upon return, the refund may be denied.
