Product Conditions Policy
Many of our products come in a variety of conditions. Below is an in depth guide on how we review the cosmetic condition of our products.
New, Factory Sealed - Any product marked under this condition will be completely brand new with a factory seal that is still intact in the original retail packaging. This factory seal may vary depending on the manufacturer. If you believe you may have received an item that was marked as sealed and the product arrived with the seal broken, please contact us immediately.
New - Products marked as "New" will include all original retail packaging unless noted otherwise with no signs of use. These items may or may not have a factory seal due to the manufacturer not requiring one.
Like New - Products marked under this condition have been carefully inspected and show no signs of use, no scratches, dents, or wear and tear.
Good - Products marked under this condition may show minimal signs of use such as small scratches only visible upon close inspection and other light signs of wear and tear.
Fair - Products under this condition will show signs of use which may include moderate scratching, dents to the body or casing, and other signs of use.
