Product Conditions Policy
Many of our products come in a variety of conditions. Below is an in depth guide on how we review the cosmetic condition of our products.
New, Factory Sealed - Any product marked under this condition will be completely brand new with a factory seal that is still intact in the original retail packaging. This factory seal may vary depending on the manufacturer. If you believe you may have received an item that was marked as sealed and the product arrived with the seal broken, please contact us immediately.
New - Products marked as "New" will include all original retail packaging unless noted otherwise with no signs of use or being a "customer return". These items may or may not have a factory seal due to the manufacturer not requiring one.
Mint with no signs of use - Products marked under this condition have been carefully inspected and show no signs of use, no scratches, dents, or wear and tear.
Excellent with minimal signs of use - Products marked under this condition may show minimal signs of use such as small scratches only visible upon close inspection and other light signs of wear and tear.
Great with minor signs of use - Products marked under this condition may show light scratches and/or very small dents on corners. In all circumstances, photos of the actual product are always available upon request.
Good with fair signs of use - Products under this condition will show fair signs of use which may include light to moderate scratches, some dents around the body, and other signs of use.
Fair with significant signs of use - Products under this condition will show significant signs of use which may include moderate to heavy scratching, dents to the body or casing, and other signs of use.
